(Bangkok Post file photo)Another arrest warrant was issued on Friday for former Democrat Party MP Pracha Phothipipit after he failed to show up at the Supreme Court for the ruling on his final appeal against a prison sentence for land encroachment. Mr Pracha, widely known as Kamnan Siah, was already on the run after being jailed in absentia on another case. The Appeal Court increased the sentence to three years in 2016, but he jumped bail. The court on Friday issued an arrest warrant when he filed to appeal and postponed reading the ruling until April 18.
